Karate For Children - We
offer three programs for children:
The Little Tigers program is
designed for children ages 4 to 6. Little Tigers
meet
two times a week. Little Tiger students learn basic
stretching, punching, kicking and blocking exercises, as
well as rolls and tumbling. The class emphasizes
discipline, respect and awareness - all derived from
classes taught with positive reinforcement and "fun".
The Junior Beginner program is
designed for children ages 7 to 14. Juniors
meet
four times a week. In addition to basic stretching
and self defense, a junior will learn Kata (prearranged
sets of self defense techniques), done both alone and with
a partner. Juniors also practice controlled sparring
and tournament competition training.
The Junior Advanced program is
designed for children who have achieved the rank of blue
belt. Training includes higher level Katas, self
defense techniques, weapons forms, controlled sparring and tournament
competition training.
Karate for Adults:
Adult classes start from age 15 and are
taught at the beginner and advanced levels.
Both private and group lessons are available for adults.
Adult students have the opportunity to learn traditional
martial arts weapons, such as Philippine sticks, Japanese
staff, and Chinese broadsword. The primary focus in
adult classes is upon each individual's needs and desires.

Private Lessons Spend 30
minutes with Professor or one of his qualified black belt
instructors and get one-on-one specialized training on
anything that you are having problems with. Private
Lessons are a great way to pinpoint problem areas in your
training and they really enhance the classroom training.
During the 30 minute private lesson, you can work on
anything that you feel you need, and get the instructor's
undivided attention.
Black Belt Club In
addition to attending regular training classes, members of
the Black Belt Club also receive one 30 minute private
lesson each week. The weekly private lesson is
scheduled at your convenience.
Arnis We offer training
in modern Arnis, the Philippine art of stick fighting as
taught by system Founder Grand Master Remy Presas.
Classes are open to martial artists of all styles and
ranks, ages 14 and above.
